Every MC on a server wants its clubhouse to look like its own club, and a fully
furnished MLO always ends up looking like everyone else’s. So this one comes
empty: a proper MLO with walls, floors, doors and collision, and the furniture
is up to you.

It sits in Cypress Flats at 997.7 / -2555.0 / 27.3.

The building

11 rooms on two floors: a main hall, a chill area, a lounge, a meeting room,
the president’s office, a workshop with its own office, storage, restrooms, a
stairwell and a hallway. 18 doors.

Only the meeting room comes with a few props, everything else is empty.

Furnish it in peace

The shell isn’t escrowed. Walls, floors, the ytyp, the ymap, collision and
textures are all open, so the clubhouse shows up in CodeWalker like any other
map and you can place your props into its rooms directly. Only the door models
are escrowed.

Other maps in the area

To make room for the building, a few base game files around it are edited
(ground, collision, occlusion). If you run another map in Cypress Flats that
edits the same files, you can merge them – those aren’t escrowed either. The
README lists every file.

Requirements

None. No framework, no scripts, no database. It runs on ESX, QBCore, Qbox or
a bare server the same way. Drop the folder in, add ensure JW_bikerhall,
restart.
